Returns & refunds

Because each tee is made just for you, we cannot take returns for a change of mind or a size that does not suit.

When we will replace or refund

• The tee arrived damaged or with a printing fault.
• You received the wrong design, size or colour.

How to ask

1. Email aas.art.custom@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.
2. Include your order number and clear photos of the parcel and the tee.

If we approve it, we will send a replacement or refund the amount to your original payment method. Refunds usually reach your account within 5 to 7 working days after approval.

Cancelling an order

Orders go to print soon after payment. If you need to cancel, email us immediately; we can only cancel before printing starts.

Size help

Our tees are unisex and oversized. If you are between sizes, ask us before ordering.
